This years RIOW Race bought together 42 of the UK's best Solo and Double Handed fleets for the annual SORC race around the Isle of Wight. An online Friday evening weather briefing presented by Ella Boxhall, was followed by dinner in the impressive newly refurbished Royal Ocean Racing Club. An early start on Saturday morning was challenging in very little wind and a strong tide. But the race must go on, and a convivial prize giving BBQ dinner was held at the Island Sailing Club.
